Uses
This medicine is used to treat bacterial infections related to lungs:
- Acute exacerbation of chronic Bronchitis
- Acute bacterial sinusitis
- Community-acquired pneumonia
- Mild to moderate pelvic inflammatory disease
- Complicated skin and skin structure infections
Dosage
Please follow the correct dosage protocol:
- Adult and Elderly Dosage
400 mg orally or IV every 24 hours for 7 to 14 days
- Child Dosage
Children less than 12 years
In case of Overdose
If you think you have used too much of this medicine, talk to your doctor. Seek medical emergency help immediately. Watch out for symptoms like passing out and difficulty breathing.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don’t remember missing the dose, don’t double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.
How To Use
Take one tablet daily, with or without food as your doctor has recommended. Take the medication regularly and simultaneously each day to get the most benefit from it.
