This policy applies to all purchases made at MedLife Pharmacies & Clinics, including prescription medications, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and other pharmacy-related items.

3. Prescription Medications:

• Refunds and Returns: Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations. If there is an error with your prescription, please contact us immediately and we shall assist you in finding alternatives to your prescription medications.

• Errors in Dispensing: If you believe there was an error in the medication dispensed (e.g., wrong medication or dosage), contact us within 3 (three) days. We will address the issue promptly, which may involve providing a replacement or refunding the amount charged.

4. Online Purchases:

• Refunds and Returns: All items purchased online, whether medications, medical equipment or other OTC commodities must be verified at the time of delivery to ensure they were correctly dispensed. Returns or refunds on online purchases will require visiting our premises within 3 (three) days of purchase and presenting the receipt of said purchase.

5. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications/Equipment:

•  Refunds and Returns: OTC medications can only be exchanged with other items or equal value or more. Exchange must be made within 3 (three) days of purchase.

• Defective or Damaged Product/equipment: It is customary for us to test all equipment at the time of purchase. If a product is defective or damaged, please bring it back with the receipt within 7 (seven) days. We will offer a refund or exchange as appropriate.

6. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Commodities and Personal Health Products:

• Refunds and Returns: OTC Commodities such as beverages, food items, sanitary pads, diapers, baby products, wipes, etc. are non-refundable, non-returnable.

7. Special Orders:

• Refunds and Returns: Special orders (items not regularly stocked) are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. If the special order is defective or damaged, we will address the issue by offering a replacement as applicable.

8. Services:

• Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultation services (e.g., health consultations, OPD, vaccinations) are generally non-refundable. However, if a service is not provided as scheduled, we may offer a refund or reschedule the service.

• Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds or returns.
