Lithium is a mood stabilizer used primarily in the treatment of bipolar disorder. It modulates neurotransmitter release and receptor sensitivity, influencing mood stabilization. Piperazine is an antihelminthic that acts by paralyzing parasites’ muscles. Theobromine is a methylxanthine that has a mild stimulant effect by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and increasing cyclic AMP levels, leading to bronchodilation and increased alertness.

Lithium is primarily indicated in conditions like Bipolar disorders, Depression, Mania, Mood disorder prophylaxis Piperazine is primarily indicated in conditions like Helminth infection. Theobromine is primarily indicated in conditions like Diuresis, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Hypertensio

Urodonal dosage for the indication of urological conditions, duration as needed:

• Adults – 1 sachet dissolved in water, 2-3 times daily.
• Children – Consult a doctor.

Overdose of lithium can lead to toxicity, including kidney and neurological problems. Piperazine overdose may cause seizures, and theobromine can lead to gastrointestinal distress. Seek medical help urgently.

If you miss a dose, consume as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next feeding, skip the missed dose. Do not double up on doses.

• Piperazine can be taken with or without food, but it’s best to follow specific product instructions.
