Nasopharyngitis, flu. Headache. Oedema (pitting, facial, peripheral), fatigue, flushing, asthaenia, hot flush, hypokalaemia, hot flushes, somnolence, dizziness, palpitations, abdominal pain, nausea. Reports of angioedema (discontinue).
