How it Works: Combines the antacid effects of Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide with the topical local anesthetic Oxethazaine. The antacids neutralize stomach acid, while Oxethazaine numbs the stomach lining to relieve pain from hyperacidity.

Side Effects:
Common: Diarrhea (due to Magnesium), constipation (due to Aluminium).
Uncommon: Skin eruptions (e.g., dermatitis, hives), itching, inflammation of the tongue, collapse. High doses (>60 ml/day) may cause dizziness, faintness, or drowsiness.

Indication: Provides temporary relief from indigestion, heartburn, or stomach discomfort due to conditions like peptic ulcer, gastritis, oesophagitis, or hiatus hernia
When not to Use: Avoid if hypersensitive to active substances or excipients. Not recommended for severely debilitated individuals or those with kidney failure.
Precautions: Use with caution in young children, especially if they have renal impairment or dehydration, due to the risk of hypermagnesemia.
Warnings:
Contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), which may cause allergic reactions.
Shake well before use. Take undiluted, but a sip of water can follow if desired.
Administer 15 minutes before meals and at bedtime.
