Drug Interactions:

Anticholinergic drugs may reduce the effectiveness of itopride.
Indication: Used for treating gastrointestinal symptoms of functional non-ulcer dyspepsia, including bloating, early satiety, upper abdominal pain or discomfort, anorexia, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting.
When Not to Use:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to itopride hydrochloride or any excipients.
Should not be used in conditions where increased gastrointestinal motility could be harmful, such as gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or perforation.
