When Not to Use
Do not use in case of:
- When the patient is actively losing fluid due to vomiting, diarrhea, or severe burns
- When a patient has a history of allergy to any of the mentioned components
- When the patient has glucose•6•phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency
- This medicine is not compatible with other medications or oral rehydration salts solutions, if used together may lead to the precipitation of the drugs
