Precautions:
Long-Term Use: Prolonged daily use (e.g., longer than 3 years) may lead to malabsorption or deficiency of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Warnings:
Hypomagnesemia: Rarely reported with long-term PPI use.
Osteoporosis-Related Fractures: Long-term and high-dose PPI therapy may increase the risk of fractures of the hip, wrist, or spine.
