Direction For Use

-Take one pad out of the packaging
-Rip it open to reveal a new pad
-Take off the covering (sheet) at the pad’s back
-Center the sticky part right in the center of your underwear; the area between your legs
-Now take off the smaller sheet at the pad’s front, revealing the wings
-Wrap the wings around the underside of your underwear
-Wear the underwear normally
